In a meaningful collaboration with her esteemed professor from the New York Academy of Arts, Elena Ulansky dedicated several months to commemorate tonalist painter James McNeill Whistler (1843 - 1903) and romanticist painter J.M.W. Turner (1775 - 1851).
‘Fireworks’ is a replica of Whistler’s ‘Nocturne’, a depiction of fireworks display in London's Cremorne Garden. ‘Energy Within’ is a triptych artwork that vividly portrays J.M.W. Turner landscape paintings.
